Tetiro offers handmade children’s clothing. Each item is made individually, so minor variations in fabric, pattern placement, color, or stitching may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide, including your shipping address and contact information, is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in product information or pricing, if an item becomes unavailable, or when necessary to prevent suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, photos, and other product information before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered, please contact us at hello@tetiro.com as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of Tetiro’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

All content on the Tetiro website, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, and written content, is owned by or licensed to Tetiro unless otherwise stated.
